The Opportunity
Fairfax Radiological Consultants (FRC, PLLC), one of the largest and most established radiology practices in the Mid-Atlantic, is seeking a Board-Certified Body Imaging Radiologist to join our team in a fully remote, weekdays-only employed position. This role is built for physicians who want predictable hours, no call burden, and direct upside for the volume they read — without sacrificing the stability, infrastructure, and collegial support of a large, well-run practice.
Schedule & Time Off
- Weekday shifts only — no evenings, nights, weekends, or holiday coverage required
- 204 shifts per year, reflecting 10 weeks of vacation
- 100% remote — read from home anywhere in the U.S. (multi-state licensure supported)
Compensation
- Base salary of $500,000 plus a full benefits package valued at $75,000
- Targeted productivity of 72 work RVUs per shift
- Uncapped productivity incentive of $46 per wRVU for all volume produced above the shift target
- Weekend moonlighting available for additional compensation at premium rates

Qualifications
- MD or DO with ABR (or equivalent) board certification/eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology
- Active or eligible for medical licensure in the states required for this position
