Founded in 1972, Skagit Radiology, Inc., P.S. is a fiercely independent, physician-owned practice providing
subspecialized diagnostic and interventional radiology across northwest Washington, the Olympic Peninsula,
and Alaska, where we practice as North Star Radiology.
We're seeking a board-certified or board-eligible, fellowship-trained radiologist to join our collaborative team
in Fairbanks. We welcome practicing radiologists, current fellows, and R4 residents who will complete
fellowship training before their start date. This role offers a clear one-year path to partnership.

Daytime-only schedule: Monday through Friday, with no call, nights, weekends, or holidays
Compensation: $750,000–$1,000,000 base, plus substantial partnership bonuses starting immediately
upon partnership

12 weeks of vacation from day one
Internal moonlighting available: up to $4,000/day on-site or $45 per RVU for remote reading
Imaging center ownership: Partners have access to technical-fee revenue.
