Drs. Harris, Birkhill, Wang, Songe and Associates, P.C. (HBWS) is a physician-owned private practice of 45 radiologists serving Southeast Michigan. We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Emergency / Midnight Radiologist to join our expanding team to meet increasing overnight demand. This is a 12-month partnership-track opportunity offering 100% remote work, flexible scheduling (1 week on/2 weeks off), and a highly competitive compensation and benefit structure — all within a collegial, academically engaged environment.

Position Highlights:
- 100% remote — fully work-from-home
- Flexible location — preference for driving distance to our hospitals, but open based on candidate’s experience
- Emergency radiology schedule of: 1 week on / 2 weeks off
- 9-hour weekday shifts, 11-hour weekend shifts
- Exclusively emergency and inpatient imaging
- No procedures required
- Neuro fellowship is preferred but not required; candidate should be comfortable with emergency neuroradiology (including basic MRI, perfusion, etc.)
- Overnight shifts supported by residents, opportunity for teaching
- Outstanding clinical variety and case exposure
- No shortage of volume — consistent demand and diverse pathology
- 12-month partnership track with high long-term earning potential
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary, supplemented with regular bonus, internal moonlighting, and benefits
- Total compensation exceeds $750,000 annually
- Participation in internal moonlighting can substantially increase earnings
- Multiple moonlighting methods available, including per-click as well as shift/hourly based

Candidate Requirements:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
- Neuroradiology fellowship training OR demonstrated comfort with emergency neuroradiology (basic MRI, perfusion, etc.)
- Broad competency across imaging modalities
- Eligible for unrestricted Michigan medical license
