The Department of Radiology at Wake Forest is nationally recognized for its cutting-edge imaging facilities and strong educational programs. Highlights include:
- State-of-the-art imaging facilities at three adult hospitals, a pediatric hospital, an NCI-designated cancer center, and multiple busy outpatient imaging centers.
- Team of 50 faculty members, 14 fellows, and 40 residents.
- ACGME-approved Abdominal Imaging Fellowship with 4 fellows annually.
HIGHLIGHTS
Base Salary $245K - 489k+ with additional productivity-based earning potential
Sign-on Bonus
Full-time Faculty position, with Academic/Administrative time
Equitable shared call
Join a collegial team of 12 Faculty and 2 APPs
Full spectrum of Abdominal Imaging, including but not limited to guided biopsies, abdominal and pelvic MRI
Broad case mix including outpatient, level 1 trauma, oncology and community hospitals
Remote home workstation provided with 24/365 tech/IT support provided
Cutting-edge technology – Philips Intellispace PACs, Powerscribe 360, Epic EMR and multiple AI tools (RadAI, AiDOC) to support high quality and efficient workflow
Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
Experience an environment that provides safe and equitable care for all patients
TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Board Certified or Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
Eligible for medical licensure in North Carolina
Abdominal or Body Fellowship training required
Preferred, not required skillset for CT Colonography and Fluoroscopy
Commitment to academic excellent and promoting the academic mission of the department
