Business Analyst II - Imaging Trainer
Responsibilities/Job Description The Business Analyst II - Imaging Trainer is a mid-level analyst. This position typically develops, implements, modifies, tests and administers more complex business systems and applications. Liaison between IT personnel and users to provide training, resolve procedural questions, assess user needs and recommends modifications. May design special screens, reports, databases, etc. and prepares specifications for system changes. This position will report to imaging. Responsibilities include developing and upkeep of training materials and documentation; face-to-face training; evaluate front line workflow andtranslate to IT solutions; and collaborate with team.
