Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist CT
The employee will perform examinations to include, but are not limited to, CT examinations of the chest, abdomen, pelvis, head, extremities, neck, etc., as well as all general radiographic imaging. The incumbent will also assist the radiologist in performing interventional procedures under CT guidance. Employees at this grade level are to be qualified to provide services in specialized areas of radiologic technology listed above and/or general radiologic technology services. The duties may include but are not limited to: Transfer patients from stretcher or wheelchair to imaging table Prepare room, equipment and material needed for patient procedures Prepares oral and injectable contrast and other chemical mixtures as necessary Follow prescribed protocols required to perform procedures Obs
