Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist (MRI)
This position will provide MRI Imaging, as well as less complex examinations such as general radiology, GI/BE, etc. per needs of the service. The incumbent will be responsible for performing examinations in the magnetic Resonance Imaging suite. MRI is a highly complex computerized imaging device which employs the use of strong magnetic fields and radio waves to acquire images. Basic Requirements: United States Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy. Certification: All applicants must be certified in general radiologic technology by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) (R).
