The Allegheny Health Network (AHN) is recruiting a Vice Chair of the Cancer Institute and Chief of Medical Breast Oncology to join our team located in Pittsburgh, PA.

Duties:
- As Vice Chair of the Cancer Institute, the selected candidate will work with the Chair of the Cancer Institute to oversee the operations and academic mission of the Cancer Institute.
- The selected candidate will also lead the Breast Medical Oncology program.
- Responsibilities include inpatient and outpatient care, clinical/translational research, education, and mentorship of medical students, residents, and fellows.
- Coordinate patient care plans for breast patients requiring both standard and protocol-driven therapeutic interventions.
- Develop robust clinical, translational, quality initiatives and basic science research programs in a collaborative, state-of-the-art, academic environment.
- Oversee a dedicated clinical trial team.
Qualifications:
- Completion of an ACGME-approved Medical Oncology/Hematology Fellowship
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Medical Oncology
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
- Licensed in the state of Pennsylvania prior to employment
