Akron Children's Hospital seeks to add a CAQ certified/eligible pediatric radiologist to join its established group of 13 pediatric radiologists, as the hospital continues to expand. Additional training or an interest in pediatric body/musculoskeletal/cardiac/neuroimaging is desirable, but not required. Akron Children's performs 120,000 procedures annually being equipped with 5 MRIs, 3 volumetric CT scanners, 7 US units, 3 fluoroscopy suites and an interventional radiology suite. Call is shared equally with a teleradiology service covering 10 pm to 7am Monday through Friday and 7 pm to 7 am on weekends. The working atmosphere is collegial and largely clinical with opportunities for teaching and research. Academic appointments can be obtained from the Northeast Ohio Medical U
