Seeking a Cardiology Advanced Heart Failure physician to join a growing, well-supported team at Swedish Medical Group's dedicated Advanced Cardiac Support Clinic. The Swedish Heart and Vascular Institute is the largest Cardiovascular practice in the Seattle metro area with the largest Cardiovascular Surgery Practice. The Swedish Advanced Heart Failure Program is a multi-disciplinary team, including several advanced practice clinicians, a dedicated pharmacist, dietician, and social worker, dedicated to all aspects of heart failure and chronic disease management - both systolic and diastolic heart failure.
