Join a mission-driven organization in a highly flexible role as a full-time Medical Director Hospitalist for the Providence Redwood Memorial Hospital in Fortuna, California. This role is split between clinical and administrative duties with 11 shifts per month working as a Hospitalist and 20 to 30 hours a month dedicated towards Medical Director responsibilities. The ideal candidate will not necessarily have prior Medical Director experience, but will have prior leadership experience, hospitalist experience, good project management skills and the ability and eagerness to lead physician teams while being involved in program improvement.
