The Nursing Program Manager (NPM)is accountable for the operational, human resource, quality, and financial management of assigned nursing specialty area(s)/programs. This manager works with the administrative director to translate pavilion and department strategic plans and policies into a plan suitable to the unique operational needs. The NPM leads implementation and evaluation of the plan and provides reports relevant to achievement of goals. As Applicable, the NPM is accountable for assuring the HCHD Nursing Professional Practice Model (NPPM) is implemented and targeted outcomes achieved on assigned area(s)/program. The NPM provides oversight to ensure area care delivery, quality management, and staff utilization pat
