Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist (Interventional Radiography) IR
Operates independently and without direct supervision 50% as a IR and 50% as a DRT. The technologist is responsible for the coordination and performance of angiographic & diagnostic radiology procedures, complex vascular, non-vascular and therapeutic procedures. These exams are performed with and without contrast materials. The purpose of these exams is to achieve diagnostic studies so that the proper diagnosis and treatment will be delivered.
