Internal Medicine – Hospitalist Opportunity
Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) has an excellent full-time opportunity for a Hospitalist to join its growing group based at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center (SARMC) in Boise, Idaho. Join 22 physicians and 12 APPs in managing a high acuity medical service at a 387-bed regional medical center. With a typical patient population of 40% adult and 60% geriatric, hospitalists see patients with CHF, pneumonia, COPD, pancreatitis, stroke, neurologic conditions, geriatric fractures as well as other general medical conditions. Rounding typically involves 13-16 patient encounters per day. Nocturnist coverage (1.5 FTE) greatly reduces the number of night shifts required by the rest of the group.
