Job Summary​Responsible for the oversight of clinical operations and clinical program development consistent with the overall system and institute long-term goals. The incumbent must maintain a comprehensive and long-range system wide view of the organization's strategic plan as it relates to the impacted departments and divisions within the institute. A focus on quality, efficiency, fiscal performance, enhancement of educational initiatives, measurement of clinical outcomes and clinical transformation are elements of the role.
