We are looking for a Radiology Tech to join our team at St. Johns Hospital in Maplewood. This is a benefit eligible day, .8FTE (64 hours per 2 week pay period), Monday - Friday position. Included is call shift one day a week and rotating weekends as well as rotating holidays.
Actively participates in creating and implementing improvements.
Performs diagnostic, vascular, or other related procedures to aid in diagnosis determination.
Assists Radiologist and/or staff physician in special procedure performance to expedite patient flow.
Maintains supply inventory to ensure availability of required items.
Assists in maintenance of equipment to ensure proper function and availability.
Trains alternate staff to provide adequate staffing.
Coordinates coverage for special procedures and after-hours services.
Maintains knowledge of, and complies with, all relevant laws, regulations, policies, procedures and standards.
Associate's degree from an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
