Physician (Radiologist)
This position is located at the Martinsburg VA Medical Center in Martinsburg, WV. The Radiologist will report directly to the Chief of Imaging Service. A Radiologist interprets radiological and Nuclear Medicine examinations as privileges are granted by the Chief of Imaging and the Professional Standards Board. Provides written report within 48 hours of the examination. Duties include, but are not limited to: Interprets General Radiology examinations (plain film) as provided. Performs fluoroscopic examinations (contrast and non-contrast) with the assistance of a licensed Technologist. Assists providers in performance of specialized examinations when requested. Performs some IR procedures. Interprets CT examinations of the head, neck, body and some extremities. Interprets Ultrasound examina
