The Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute is currently accepting applications for a Body Imaging Radiologist. Our Body Imaging Radiologists provide state of the art comprehensive care at two sites; Detroit Main Campus and Farmington Hills campus. The Centers are accredited by the American College of Radiology in Lung Cancer Screening, CT, MR, PET, general ultrasound as well as in mammography, breast ultrasound and biopsy, stereotactic biopsy and MR breast.
We offer a complete compliment of cancer imaging modalities that include digital x-ray, DEXA, Ultrasound, Digital and 3D Mammography, CT, MR, and CT/PET. Advanced body imaging includes MR Prostate perfusion studies. We offer Ultrasound and CT guided cryoablation of primary tumor and metastatic disease sites.
Teaching opportunity with Wayne State University Radiology residents.
Participation on a Multidisciplinary tumor board that includes: Lung, GI, Neuroendocrine, GU, Melanoma, Sarcoma, Lymphoma, Gyn/Onc and Myeloma/Amyloidosis. This appointment allows for active participation with collaborative faculty including medical oncologists, pathologists, surgeons, and radiation oncologists.
No night requirements and only occasional weekends.

Candidates must be board certified in radiology and be eligible for licensure in Michigan. Fellowship training in body imaging is required. Candidate must be willing to do basic interventional procedures. Oncology radiology experience is preferred.
