Radiology Technologist Baptist Outpatient Services Part Time, Varied Shifts

You will provide a variety of quality radiographic imaging including, under the general direction of a physician, fluoroscopy on all age groups served by the entity insuring the principles of ALARA are achieved. You will be responsible for participating in the department quality improvement process, insuring a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Depending on departmental business needs, this position will support department’s patient workflow such as front desk duties, phlebotomy, EKG, vital signs, patient in-take, and other duties as assigned and supported by scope of practice.
High School Diploma or GED
Graduate of an approved AMA Council of Education program in Radiologic Technology.
ARRT Certified Radiology Technologist.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
Flexibility a must.
Depending on departmental business needs, may be required to be competent in skills such as vitals signs, phlebotomy, EKG, and front desk duties.
Six months’ experience in an acute care setting preferred.
