Position Summary
The Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging Division at Mass General Brigham (MGB) is seeking a fellowship-trained Nuclear Radiologist to join our distinguished Department of Radiology. This faculty position offers the opportunity to practice at Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) and/or Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH). The successful applicant will join a collaborative, supportive team dedicated to clinical excellence, teaching, and research within a high-volume, diverse, and inclusive environment. The anticipated start date for this full-time position is Spring/Summer 2026.
Work Location Options
- In-person at Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH)
- In-person at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH)
- Remote work at either or both institutions
Opportunities and Responsibilities
- Harvard Medical School appointment at the rank of Instructor, Assistant Professor, or Associate Professor, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Interpretation of nuclear imaging studies, including planar NM, SPECT, SPECT/CT, PET/CT, and PET/MR studies.
- Be proficient in reading oncology, neurology, and cardiovascular imaging studies.
- Participate in radiopharmaceutical therapies, including Xofigo, Pluvicto, and Lutathera.
- Close collaborative relationships with providers in oncology, neurology, and cardiology.
- Participate in tumor boards and multidisciplinary conferences.
- Teaching and mentoring of medical students, residents, and fellows within Harvard Medical School’s academic environment.
- Scholarly activities that support our academic mission at Harvard Medical School.
- Quality improvement and practice management initiatives that advance patient care and clinical innovation.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Board-certified or eligible in Diagnostic Radiology (ABR) - required
- Board-certified or eligible for Nuclear Medicine through the ABR (ABNR) or American Board of Nuclear Medicine (ABNM)
- Eligibility for full Massachusetts medical licensure.
- Commitment to clinical excellence, teaching, and research. Dedication to advancing the field of Nuclear Medicine.
