HIGHLIGHTS
- Earn between $600k - $800k annually, above market competitive salary
- Lucrative Sign-on Bonus
- Internal moonlighting is available
- Schedule Flexibility:
- Full-time or part-time options available, mix of day, few evenings and weekend shifts- equitable split from the start; general call participation preferred
- Average call 1:5 weekend call
- Diverse case mix: Participate in a variety of advanced procedures including GI Fluoro procedures, lumbar punctures, arthrograms, joint injections and myelography
- Employed model with physician governance and admin support to allow clinical practice to flourish with high job satisfaction & retention
- Collegial environment: physician mentorship during onboarding, team-based mentality, case sharing & healthy relationships with medical staff and administration who understand and support the value of rads
- Standardized policies & procedures – QI, safety, contrast policies, ease of communicating results; modality-based standardized imaging protocols – All to reduce interruptions of workflow
- Remote home workstation provided with 24/365 tech/IT support provided
- IT infrastructure: GE PACs, EPIC integrated EMR with PACS, Powerscribe One (incidental follow up recs automated), and multiple AI tools (RadAI, AiDOC) to support high quality and efficient workflow
- Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
- Partnership with Wake Baptist Academic Group
- Experience an environment that provides safe and equitable care for all patients
TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- BE/BC in Diagnostic Radiology
- Neuroradiology Imaging Fellowship required
- IL License or ability to obtain IL License
