The Department of Radiology at the University of Florida is actively recruiting to fill one position for a diagnostic radiologist at the rank of Clinical Assistant Professor. This is a full-time, non-tenure track position with primary assignments at Shands at UF. Requirements include MD or DO with Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Radiology. Candidates must be eligible for licensure in the State of Florida. Experience with breast imaging including mammography, ultrasound, and MRI with ability to perform image guided breast procedures is required. Experience with high volume CT abdomen and pelvis, ultrasound, and body MRI is preferred for interpretation of emergency room and oncologic imaging. Completion of a Mammography Fellowship or Women's Imaging Fellowship is preferred. Clinical responsibilities include patient care, teaching of house staff and medical students, and leading interdisciplinary conferences. The department offers resources and support for research and innovative education opportunities.
